Stay consistant and accountable with 6 days per week, 2 of each movement.

Using a pyramid rep scheme you'll hit high volumes and intensities to maximise both hypertrophy and strength. Drop sets are also employed from weeks 5-8 to give you an added push.

 

Big, multi-joint, strength & muscle building exercises are preferenced with accessory work also provided via supersets.
